Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Pike County, Missouri. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature.
