Trailer driver — Allen Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a trailer driver in Allen Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a refrigerated transport fleet. Day-to-day duties: • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels You should have: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
