Scullery hand wanted in Merrick County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Merrick County, Nebraska. You will be based in a catering unit. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
