Paint and prep technician • Attala County, Mississippi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Attala County, Mississippi. You will work at a busy body shop. Day-to-day duties: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun Ideal candidate: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns 5+ years on the tools preferred.
