Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Part-time with flexible hours.
