Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes The role involves: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line 2+ years on the tools preferred.
