We are recruiting: concrete finisher (Tennessee)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Wayne County, Tennessee. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. What we are looking for: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods On the job you will handle: • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified 2+ years on the tools preferred.
