Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Gallatin County, Illinois. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
