We are recruiting: we are hiring a garment presser in District of Rutland, England. The role involves meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Pay around £2,900 per month, based on your experience.
