Gas pipeline fitter • Dallas County, Alabama

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Dallas County, Alabama. You will work on residential and apartment building sites. You will connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections. What we are looking for: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
