Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Houston County, Minnesota. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
