Now hiring: we are hiring a car mechanic in Brewster County, Texas. The role involves road-test vehicles to confirm the repair; recharge and service the air-conditioning system; replace exhaust systems and catalytic converters; diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool; carry out suspension and steering repairs; bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear. Ideal candidate: • Confident using diagnostic scan tools • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • Able to read wiring diagrams and workshop manuals At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $7,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
