Grill cook — Lincolnshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Lincolnshire, England. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
