Cnc setter-operator wanted in Adams County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Adams County, Indiana. You will work in a tool room. Day-to-day duties: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
