Line cook — Lincoln County

Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Lincoln County, Wyoming. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 6+ years on the tools preferred.
