Requirements: • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg You will call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box.
