We are recruiting: powder coating sprayer (Michigan)

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Kent County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
