Great opportunity: we are hiring a commercial painter in Stokes County, North Carolina. You will be based at a property maintenance company. The role involves carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; sand and fill walls before applying primer; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps. You should have: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits.
