Canteen cook • Clinton County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Clinton County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time, day shift.
