Panel technician • Pike County, Indiana

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel technician in Pike County, Indiana. You will be based at a commercial fleet workshop. What we are looking for: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes Day-to-day duties: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
