Horizontal milling machine operator • San Juan County, Washington

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in San Juan County, Washington. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. The role involves: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
