Shuttering and concrete hand • Gem County, Idaho

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Gem County, Idaho. You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Your main tasks: • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength 6+ years on the tools preferred.
