Immediate opening: mechanical press operator (Kansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Morris County, Kansas. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. The role involves run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation. Requirements: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
