Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Holmes County, Mississippi. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
