Now hiring: elevator repair technician (California)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in San Bernardino County, California. Day to day you will respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches. What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces 5+ years on the tools preferred.
