Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a powder coating unit. The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
