On a typical shift you will buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line.
