We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Randolph County, Missouri. The role involves: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured Ideal candidate: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Rotating shifts.
