Shuttering and concrete hand wanted in Pawnee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Pawnee County, Kansas. The job is on a building construction site. The role involves: • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors What we are looking for: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
