Day to day you will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns 3+ years on the tools preferred.
