Kitchen porter wanted in Calhoun County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Calhoun County, Illinois. The job is in a hospital canteen. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts On a typical shift you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits.
