CNC mill setter-operator wanted in Livingston County

Join our team: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Livingston County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Your main tasks: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Full-time, day shift.
