Protective coatings painter wanted in City of Danville

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in City of Danville, Virginia. You will mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; measure up and work out paint and material quantities. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Own brushes and basic hand tools Part-time with flexible hours.
