Immediate opening: butcher (Missouri)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Phelps County, Missouri. You will work at a halal meat counter. Day-to-day duties: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Full-time with occasional weekends.
