Join our team: we are hiring a hoist operator in Winkler County, Texas. The job is on a busy construction site. On a typical shift you will watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins. What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Part-time with flexible hours.
