Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Manatee County, Florida. The role involves keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
