Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Borough of Halton, England. You will work at a rebar fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Day-to-day duties: • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
