Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Performance bonus on top of base pay.
