Civil works labourer wanted in Anglesey

Now hiring: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Anglesey, Wales. You should have: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Day to day you will carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. £2,450 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
