Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
