Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On a typical shift you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse.
