Horizontal milling machine operator • Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Your main tasks: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance 5+ years on the tools preferred. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
