Now hiring: we are hiring a panel painter in Bradley County, Tennessee. The job is at a busy body shop. Day-to-day duties: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust What we are looking for: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
