Immediate opening: we are hiring a lathe operator in Lagos Island Local Government Area, Lagos State. On the job you will handle: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges Ideal candidate: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
