Restaurant steward wanted in El Dorado County

You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts On a typical shift you will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; greet guests, seat them and present the menu.
