Urgent requirement: bakery assistant (California)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Kings County, California. The job is at a cake shop. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
