Ladle pourer — Clinton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Clinton County, Pennsylvania. The role involves prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. Ideal candidate: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits.
