Day to day you will size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop; wire single-phase and three-phase distribution boards; read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; check earth continuity and earth pit resistance. What we are looking for: • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use • Normal colour vision for cable identification • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
