Immediate opening: powder coating technician (Louisiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Acadia Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Day to day you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Meals and transport allowance provided.
