Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Northwest Hills Planning Region, Connecticut. Your main tasks: • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
